Who to contact
Egypt Sun Travel handles enquiries through this website. Contact us at info@egyptsuntravel.com or +20 150 847 7400. Our contact location is El Nozha, Cairo Airport, Cairo, Egypt.
Information you provide
Our enquiry and trip-builder forms collect your name, email, phone number and the travel details you submit. These may include dates, destination, number of travellers, budget, hotel and additional notes. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or passport copies through these forms. Share details about other travellers only with their permission.
Purpose and use
We use the information to respond to your request, prepare a quotation, discuss arrangements and manage your booking if you proceed. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Requests submitted through the forms are stored in the booking database and receive a reference number.
Access and service providers
Enquiry records are accessed through the staff administration area. Information needed to arrange an agreed service may also be provided to the relevant transport, guide or accommodation provider. Contact us before booking if you need details about a particular recipient.
Storage and retention
Records are kept for handling enquiries, bookings and related accounting or legal obligations. The relevant period depends on the record and the booking. Contact us to ask about the retention of your information or to request deletion; some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about your data, request access or correction, request deletion, object to a use or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Use the contact details above and include enough information to identify your enquiry. Identity verification may be needed to protect your information. You may also contact the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Center about your data-protection rights.
External services
The contact page embeds Google Maps. WhatsApp and social-media links take you to other services. Those services may receive technical information, including your IP address, and handle data under their own privacy policies, potentially outside Egypt. See our Cookie Policy.
