Payment arrangements
Confirm any deposit, balance, due date and payment method directly with our team in writing. Do not enter card details in the enquiry forms. Keep your quotation, payment receipt and booking confirmation.
Traveller information
Provide accurate contact and travel details and tell us about any assistance you need before booking. Travellers are responsible for checking the passport, visa and entry requirements that apply to their journey and following safety instructions during the trip.
Changes and cancellations
